Our very own – recently appointed Chaplain for Cullompton and Halberton YMCA, Church of England Ordinand Hazel Britton coordinated a community wide effort to bring some great Christmas cheer to the residents of Cullompton and Halberton YMCA!

Supermarkets including Tesco and Aldi, shops including Halberton Court Farm Shop, Redhill and Rowridge Farms, charities including People Matter, Foodbank, Bread of Life, Keystone, St Andrew’s Cullompton, YMCA, and churches including St Andrew’s Church, St Boniface RC, Hebron Evangelical Church , Willand and Halberton Methodist, St Andrew’s Church Halberton and Cullompton Baptist Church generously contributed so that we could provide a Christmas dinner before Christmas with plenty of left overs and Christmas gifts and cakes and treats for Christmas Day. Support workers said ‘ what a lovely thing to do and so appreciated by the residents.’
