Monday mornings, we host two popular toddler sessions in the centre for families and carers with little ones from newborn to school starters.
Groups start with some free play: there are small world activities, role play, puzzles, craft, duplo and more. Our outside patio with it’s ride on toys is very popular with little ones. Newborns and little ones can explore the world safely in our designated baby zone, playing with sensory toys, tummy time books and all things colourful. Lots of things to help them socialise, play, learn and grow.
Grown ups can enjoy playing with their little ones, socialising with other families and chatting to our dedicated volunteer team.
We stop part way through the sessions and children are served hot buttered toast and a drink. There’s also the opportunity during the morning for grown ups to grab a hot cuppa, served by our dedicated coffee team. Each session ends with a group song time and prayer.
The Community Centre is warm with child friendly toilets, nappy changing and easy access.
Join us every Monday during term time at 9.15am-10.30am or 11.00am-12.15pm. £1.50 per session per family per week.
